Captain Bill Kelley has more than Thirty- Five years of boating and fishing experience to give you a safe, exciting, and enjoyable charter.
Captain Kelley is licensed by the United States Coast Guard. He also holds an Associate’s Degree in Conservation with Fisheries Biology background. At present, Captain Kelley is teaching techniques of Angling, a Monday night course at the Finger Lakes Community College. The Basic Techniques of Angling, Scientific Angling, which both are evening Continuing Education Courses.
Captain Kelley is also an Active Division Field Tester for such reputable companies as: Maxima Line Penn Reels, and Downriggers, Marine star, Inc. It’s like under water radar/ I find fish faster.
He is also an active member of the Lake Ontario Trout and Salmon Anglers Association.
